Halloween Party

Aarrgh! Beware, mateys... ASL Club Halloween party can be very scary. If yer not dressed up in a costume, ye will walk the plank!!! Okay, that's not true, but it is a lot of fun.
First, we play a Halloween word scramble with the manual alphabet.
While everyone is working, I set up the snacks. I made spider cup cakes. Yum.
And witches brew.
Look at all the yummy snacks everyone brought.
After the word scramble we made mummies. Here are Kayla, Cypress and Zack.
Cassie, Talina, and Jerilyn.
Ryan, Kaysha, and Dom.
Megan, Micaela, and Emmi.
Nicely done, ladies.
Next we carved pumpkins.

Now for the annual deaf donut-eating contest.

Finally, we get to eat.

Thanks for coming to play (and for those of you who stayed to help clean up. I really appreciate it.)

Castle of Chaos

This year some members of the ASL Club went to the Castle of Chaos haunted house. It was a lot of fun. Unfortunately we were not allowed to take pictures while inside, but I did get a few while we were waiting to get in.
Top row: me, Micaela, Jerilyn, Megan, Talina. Bottom row: Zack, Dom, Ryan, Bryan. Photographer: my friend, Ben.
Here is Ryan showing off his athletic abilities.

Here he is again with Ben.
Here is a scary guy.
Here we are after a scary time at the haunted house. Being scared made us hungry, so we went to McDonald's. Thanks for the fun times.
